Can you earn more if your property is an Airbnb?

The short answer… yes! But why?

Here’s an example… if you had a two bedroom flat on Castle Street in Shrewsbury you could make approximately £750 per month in rent.
If you made it a short term let? You could earn £1,523 – £1,862 and that’s after fees from your property manager have been deducted!

Is it more work?

It doesn’t have to be, with an Airbnb manager you wouldn’t even have to list the property yourself!  An Airbnb manager would take care of maintaining your let by restocking the toiletries, washing the sheets, and being on-hand should guests need them.  You wouldn’t need to have anymore involvement than you would with a residential property!

Why would I want to offer short-term lets?

If we can’t tempt you with the prospect of more money, maybe we can with the fact you’ll be able to use your property too!
This is perfect if you have a home in a location you love, but you can’t use it because of residential lettings. Just let us know when you want to make a visit and we’ll make sure the diary is clear for your property on those dates!

Is the setup process complicated?

No! Your Airbnb manager can do everything for you, you won’t even need to lift a finger.
Pass the Keys can organise a professional photographer to snap your property before listing it on Airbnb and dealing with any and all bookings that come your way on the platform.
