As a property manager specialising in short lets (Airbnb type stays), I am often asked the same question by potential hosts – "Who will stay in my property?" It could also be asked as "Why do people stay in this area?", "What sort of guest will my property attract?’"or "Will there be enough demand in this area, since it is not a holiday destination?"

My answer is that there as many reasons for visiting as there are visits, from new Grandparents visiting for a month to spend time with their new Grandchild, to professionals coming to work or attend an event in the area. 

Both Richmond and Kingston are home to many national and international companies and have a vibrant business community. We often work with local companies to host visitors and employees.

Both of these iconic locations feature a raft of events and festivals over the summer months, from Kew The Music, to the Hampton Court Flower show, to open-air theatre performances. This area is also home to the two largest Royal Parks, Richmond Park and Bushy Park, with stunning landscapes and teeming with wildlife, including herds or free-roaming deer.

We are also seeing increased demand from local residents.
