Matt will be the main day to day contact, he is an experienced short term letting & property professional, successfully managing his own Peak District holiday cottage business over the last couple of years.
 

Matt brings to Pass the Keys, an in depth knowledge of the Peak District area, understanding the challenges owners may face in this area, helping them to maximise on their property occupancy rates, as well as introducing many ways to support guests and help them to enjoy their stay and the Peak District area more fully.

Matt is an experienced business consultant, helping start-up and small business to launch & grow, additionally his previous professional background has focused on business and finance, which included careers with HMRC & RBS.
 
His career has also included positions with companies such as Capita, where he headed up one of their national sales teams.
 
More recently, Matt launched a property business in Bulgaria, helping customers to invest in the Bulgarian property market, as well as building his own property and land portfolio.
