Hi Laura, Can you tell us a bit about yourself?

LC – I’m Laura Croot, the new owner of Pass the Keys Suffolk. I live with my family in the heart of Suffolk and have worked locally and internationally in various organisations. 

What drew you to partnering with Pass the Keys?

LC – I have been looking for a new challenge as my children are getting older and came across Pass the Keys – what better way to engage with the local business community in Suffolk and work flexibly around my family? 

I was very impressed with the structure of Pass the Keys and how effectively it engages with the property owner and guests. The standard of service, to both owners and guests, is exemplary and I am going to really enjoy being part of this team.

I love everything Suffolk has to offer – whether it be horse racing in Newmarket, historic villages such as Lavenham and Long Melford or just beautiful views for artists to paint. Suffolk is steeped in history and is a great destination for a break or longer holiday.
