Could you tell us a little bit about yourselves and your working life?
My name is Paul and I am thrilled to be the newest addition to the Pass the Keys® family. I have been working in property for 30 years mainly in residential lettings and have been running my own residential letting agency based in Central London for the last 20 years. My partner Nancy is from Spain and worked in administration in the sales department for the biggest department store in Spain called El Corte Ingles.
We live in North West London and are both excited by the opportunity of Pass The Keys. We see this as an exciting market and are both looking forward to the challenge.

Tell us a bit about why North West London is desirable as a short-term rental hotspot?
Camden Town in North West London has one of the most famous and visited markets in London which is open seven days a week.
Most of North West London is covered by the Northern Line. Areas we cover such as Golders Green, Hampstead and Camden are around 15 to 20 minutes on the underground to the West End.
There are also many buses which are a short ride to the West End.

We first heard about Pass the Keys through online Ads and a personal recommendation.
