Can you tell us a bit about yourself?

Hi, I’m Katy, the managing director of Chelsea Landlord Services, and also the latest professional partner of Pass the Keys.

After coming to the UK in 2015 I worked in customer services for various employers. In 2017, I opened a cleaning company that very quickly gained customers from the short term rentals sector and offered tailored services for them. Working with these clients and taking care of their high-end properties was something I realised I really enjoy doing. I love working with people and pride myself in providing exceptional customer services to even the most demanding guests.

What drew you to partnering with Pass the Keys?

After falling in love with this sector I expanded services in my cleaning company to a point where I was just a step away from managing the properties myself. I ran into Pass the Keys in a franchise exhibition in Kensington and straight away knew this was a company worth partnering with.
