We Caught up with Andrew and Richard to discuss their future plans as part of Pass the Keys

Can you first of all start by telling us a little bit about yourselves?

Richard, “Yes we are a father son team who have come together to work on this new exciting opportunity. We both live in North Tyneside, which for those of you who are not familiar with our area is just outside of the Newcastle city center and home to a beautiful coastline and some fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes. We have shared the goal of one day working full time in the property sector for a number of years and currently rent out properties ourselves on the long term market in the area.”

Andrew, “Yes as Richard says we share similar passions and goals despite having different experiences in our professional jobs. I have worked in IT and IT management for a number of different companies and organizations for over 30 years whereas Richard’s degree in Chemistry has led him into the world of education. Both of us have different qualities and skills which makes us confident we can provide a brilliant service for local hosts to maximize the short let market in our area.
