London is one of the leading global cities, one of the world’s most dynamic and interesting places to visit, and therefore it comes as no surprise that it ranks as the third most popular city in the world on marketplaces such as Airbnb, Booking.com and other short-letting platforms. More than 21 million tourists visit the capital each year, many of which are looking for flats to rent in London and guests really are spoilt for choice when it comes to London Airbnb Hosting!
In all of our efforts to make London operation growth evolve together with the market expectation we have decided to tell you something about us, and who we are outside of work...
The London team is structured by four ladies and together we have over fifteen years of hospitality experience, allowing us to share our high standard of service on a daily basis with both our hosts and our providers. We are proud to manage a diverse portfolio of properties, working with unique properties from Walthamstow in East London all the way to Acton in West London. The City Manager is responsible for overseeing Operations, Marketing and Sales, and Account Managers are in charge of all host communication.
As a host-dedicated team, our number one priority is to ensure our hosts are fully supported from the very moment we begin to manage and let their property. We understand the importance of developing our team and take pride in having recruited and trained four completely different personalities who share one common goal – exceeding our hosts’ expectations and providing outstanding service to our guests.
Let’s meet the team...
Senior City Manager:
Katya has been with Pass the Keys for four years. As a Senior City Manager, she is responsible for overseeing the operations, direct website, Marketing and City Sales and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
In her spare time, she loves to exercise (you may spot her riding her bike in West London!). Apart from exercising, she enjoys reading books and travelling across the UK and Europe.
Fun facts about Katya: She spent two years studying German but, instead of moving to Germany, she decided to move to the UK. Talk about making spontaneous decisions! She has also travelled all the way to Cardiff just to have coffee - we love her spontaneity!
Client Success Manager :
Alexandra joined Pass the Keys three years ago. She is a full-time mummy to a 5-year-old boy and spends most of her spare time with her family and her fur baby German Shepherd Naala.
Fun facts about Alexandra: She has a degree in Criminology and Forensic Science, and won 1st place in the European Latin Dance Competition.
Client Success Manager:
Antonella joined us seven months ago. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks in nature and socializing with friends over a glass of G&T. She is also a foodie and loves animals.
Fun facts about Antonella: She almost graduated high school with her name spelt incorrectly. Once her mum went to pick her up from school and she was told Antonella wasn’t registered as a student. This incident happened in her third year of high school. We can only imagine how her mum must have felt!
Client Success Manager:
Auriel is the newest member of our team. She joined us three months ago. In her spare time, Auriel enjoys going to the gym and playing video games. A true fashion enthusiast, she also loves going shopping for clothes.
Fun facts about Auriel: She went to army training when she was 13 years old and was ranked 2nd in the rifle squad. It’s worth mentioning that the squad team consisted of 25 members aged 16, so well done, Auriel!
