Brighton is a colourful and vibrant city, especially during the summer when travellers and guests flood to the city to visit one of Britain’s favourite beaches. Tourists from all over the UK and Europe gather in Brighton for events such as Pride, beach cinemas, and music events at Brighton Dome.
The city also has its own cultural and fringe events. As the owner of a short term let, your property has the potential to be fully-booked over the summer holidays as people wish to experience the invigorating events that Brighton has to offer. Check out some more reasons you should short term let in Brighton.
Numerous events could be happening near your property and you might not even know it! By being aware of events in your area, you can market your property to honour as many bookings as you can, and optimise your property description so event-goers can take advantage of your property's proximity to an event venue. Another tip is to add pictures to your listing of nearby venues or previous events so people are aware of the significance of your location; this will draw more popular attention.
